Shadow of a Horned God
Swanhilda, also called “The Furore”, was a Savage Neonate from the Clan of Animals, and a childe to Brocmael. Originally hailed from the Angles, her sire was impressed at her willpower while enduring the harshness of her mortal existence. After her Embrace, Swanhilda briefly served the Artisan Calipha, until she grew weary of being treated as the animal she were. After having murdered all of the Artisans ghouls, Swanhilda escaped her wrath by traveling north, into the Kingdom of Bernicia. There she encountered like-minded Cainites, and sought their companionship. She grew an intense hatred for the Cainite “society” in general, and Via Regalis in particular, and engaged in various activities to destroy her foes.
In the early 7th century, Swanhilda joined a campaign of diablerie along with her clan-mate Graenell, and managed to devour at least half a dozen Cainites, strengthening her blood significantly. After Graenell was destroyed during the havoc preceding the Battle of Deva, Swanhilda briefly retreated, but soon found the company of Morghien.
In the company of Morghien and Aurora, Swanhilda aroused major havoc in the city of Deva Victrix, directed towards its Cainite ruler, Octavius Sibius. Unfortunately (for Swanhilda), her efforts were discovered and she was assaulted by the new resident of the city, Lucius Aurelius Castor. He fell upon her from the sky in his Chiropteran Marauder battle form, tearing her to pieces in an instant.
