Shadow of a Horned God
Alexander is an ancient Warlord and one of the few highly active Methuselah of his clan. Rumored to hail from the predecessors of ancient Greece, he is often viewed as the progenitor of the myth of an undead mentor shadowing behind the shoulders of Alexander the Great during his great campaign. The facts, however, are very obscure on this point.
In current nights he has appeared closer to Britannia than one could imagine from his previous locations. He is currently seated in the former province of Gaul, where he is using his vast influence to alter mortal and Cainite events alike. Under his protection, the Franks have gained much influence through the expansion under the Merovingian dynasty. Alexander is also gathering Cainites from across the neighboring domains into his court, guided by his vision to create a Grand Council to allow more stable politics in the chaos-infested worm-hole that is Western Europe.
Alexander retains stable relations with several lords of Britannia, especially in the southern and western parts, such as the Kingdom of Dumnonia, mostly because of the stable immigration of Britons to Armorica in his sphere of influence. He has also several agents prowling the nights of Britannia, the most prominent perhaps being his own childe, Coramius, which currently serves as the Warmaster of Prince Marcus Verus in the city of Glevum. What his motives for this interest in the chaotic island really is, remains for the future to tell.
